All new clients seeking out weight management options must submit an initial health consult form for review.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for our nurse practitioner to review your form and to reach out to set up your telemedicine appointment.

Consultation Appointment with Nurse Practitioner

A 20-30 minute consultation with our nurse practitioner, Katie is required for new clients seeking to begin weight management programs. Consultation sessions are also available to any established clients who have questions or concerns during their weight management program that are unable to be answered by our medical staff. Please contact us if you have any questions so that we can best help you. We do not accept insurance at this time.

Meet with our health and wellness coach, David regarding important lifestyle changes during your weight management journey. Whether you have general questions or have reached a plateau and need some help overcoming it, we are here to help support you!

GLP-1 Injectable Medications

Liraglutide

Daily subcutaneous injection.
Dose is adjusted by prescribing nurse practitioner based upon your specific needs during consultation and follow up visits. Must be taken as directed along with following dietary and activity recommendations to be effective. Supplemental support is often paired with your medication to achieve maximal benefit and results.

1 vial lasts 7 weeks on average.
* Number of weeks per vial may vary depending on your dose.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be a resident of North Carolina.
Cannot be on insulin or oral diabetic medications.
BMI > 27 (calculated on your health consult form).
